Who travels with M T A - TOURS? Is this for me?
M T A - TOURS is really for everyone, both for the young, old and the young at heart and we can tone/ or down the level and amount of partying in any package ( or eliminate it entirely and provide you a seamless hassle free private package with no nightlife activities) if need be. Typically young professionals between 28 and 38 travel with M T A - TOURS both male and female and older more than 60 years old, we can find a right package for you!
What do the packages include?
Most of our packages include domestic flight, accommodations, airport transfers, a city tour and our V I P service.
Can I purchase a package if I live somewhere other than Europe?
Yes, our clients are from all over the world and we can sell a travel package to anyone worldwide. Additionally, we can also provide airfare from a capital to the coast of Madagascar.
Do you accommodate single travel?
Absolutely! Many single travel with M T A-TOURS in order to join groups of fun likeminded travelers and have a great time. We recommend our special event trips because of the large number of single travelers in these groups.
Do you accommodate couples?
Our trips are not only for singles, for groups. We have organized of couples that travel with us all the time. We can provide you from a romantic, honeymoon gateway to a fun, crazy trip with your loved one.
Do you offer group or other discounts?
Yes, we offer group discounts and special payment plans for groups of 10 or more people as well as discounts for active personnel.Booking/ cancellation/ refund. Questions
What payment options do you accept?
We accept wire transfers money cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, but it depends on your package and when you book it´s normally to pay deposit, for destination packages, the initial payment is the full price of the internal flight when you will be in Madagascar.
What happens if I have to change my dates?
If you have to change your dates, for internal flight, a change free will be applied as well as any price difference in the new fare. The accommodation depends on availability, so if the hotel is still book, there will not be a problem if not we will try to accommodate you at a hotel of the same value
What if I need to cancel my trip?
You need to cancel your trip, we need a written confirmation via e-mail that your are cancelling your trip and for deposit the company will keep it and not refunding. I´m Booked, What´s next?
When do I receive my travel vouchers or bill?
You will receive your travel bill or vouchers and trip information before you start your trip and once you have to pay in full.
Can I purchase optimal activities or extra services before the trip?
Yes, we highly recommend you purchase any extras before you start your trip. Some activities and service sell out, so it´s better to have everything already planned before your trip.
What do I need to do when I´m ready to book?
When you are ready to book, we need for you to send us your exact name, age, your nationality and number of the group as it appears on your passport. We need that information to reserve the flights intern and hotels. Once availability is confirmed, you can make your payment.
